eatsawadee lists every starred restaurant and every Bib Gourmand named in the published Michelin Guide Thailand 2026, plus a few Selected names from that ceremony, and famous food in provinces that edition does not inspect. It does not use Michelin logos. The full Selected list of hundreds of names is not copied here. L.A. LAB built the site. L.A. LAB does not run Michelin.

What is in this edition

43 starred restaurants, 137 Bib Gourmand names, and four Selected rooms named at the 2026 ceremony (Jampa, Chop Chop Cook Shop, Margo, Royd). Inspected provinces now include Chiang Mai, Ayutthaya, Isan cities, Chon Buri, Surat Thani, and the Bangkok surroundings. Hua Hin, Krabi, Chiang Rai, Sukhothai, and Phitsanulok appear only as famous unlisted food.
