Eating your way through Thailand

Almost every 2026 star is in Bangkok. Bib Gourmand names spread to Chiang Mai, Ayutthaya, Isan, Phuket, and the islands. Hua Hin and Krabi on this site are night markets, not badges.

A practical shape

• Three days in Bangkok: one old-town lunch, one starred dinner, and the map to see which rooms share Sathorn or Silom.
• Jay Fai: it is a one-star street stall. Expect a queue. The pin is Phra Nakhon, not a private door.
• Bib Gourmand: 137 names, from boat noodles in Ayutthaya to khao soi in Chiang Mai. Many take cash and do not take bookings.
• South: PRU is on Phuket. Aulis is in Phang Nga. Hua Hin and Krabi on this site are night markets, not Michelin listings.
